Project

The current project in Caloundra on the Sunshine coast, consists of 300 houses and dwellings and the job will be ongoing for the next 18 months to two years. Dick, the owner of All Electrix, chooses the Lite Lighting 10w IC downlights, due to their low failure rate. “we have a very very slow failure rate, very low. I can’t even remember the boys [complaining] about the light fittings not working”. Dick also said that the tricolour technology is an advantage as customers like the idea of being able change the temperature if they wish.

Results

In this instance 120 of the Lite Lighting downlights were purchased for the houses in Caloundra, however, more will be purchased as more houses progress towards completion. Having previously used competitor downlights which resulted in many failures and replacements, the 3-year warranty provides confidence as well as savings for the job. Headaches and eyestrain can be particularly bothersome with the elderly so choosing flicker free lights helps establish the desired comfortable atmosphere.
