Return and Refund
Products returned due to change of mind, not being suitable or if the job did not go forward, must be returned within 30 days of the purchase.
The amount paid will be applied as a store credit to your account within 1 business day and you will receive an automatic notification email. The store credit can be used on purchases immediately.
If a refund is required, you will be required to fill out a form and the following fees will apply:
• 2% credit card process fee applicable for all orders paid with Visa or Master
• 3% credit card process fee applicable for all orders paid with AMEX
• Shipping cost will be deducted from refund (i.e. shipping to customers and pick up cost)
• Restocking fee may apply
Refunds will be processed within 21 business days.
JinHang LED Products have 3 years full product replacement warranty.
JinHang LED High Bay, Low Bay and IC-4 integrated LED downlight products have 5 years full product replacement warranty.
Energy Saving products have 1 year warranty. Lite Lighting LED products have a 2 or 3 year warranty.
The warranty service is limited to the replacement or repair of products utilising LED and Energy Saving products become defective under normal usage, as determined by Yiyun Corporation Pty. Ltd.
It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the faulty product until the warranty claim is finalised, any loss or further damages will void the warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the original invoice for the warranty purposes, any loss of sales proof will void the warranty claim.
For all JinHang Lighting products, the light fitting will only be compatible with its driver in the package. Any issues relating to the wrong match of the light fitting and driver will not be eligible for the warranty claim.
To claim the replacement, the customer will be required to show evidence of the fault via a photo or video of the faulty product. Once approved, we will dispatch the replacement goods and organise collection of the faulty product. If the customer fails to provide the evidence of the faulty product, it is up to the customer to purchase the replacement product where we will dispatch the replacement goods with free shipping and free faulty collection. Once the faulty product is returned and identified, reimbursement will be made.
We highly recommend our LED lighting products are installed by licensed Electricians with standard plug base. For the LED tube installation, the old fluorescent batten fitting must be modified to LED fitting with standard warning sticker before installing the LED tube performed by a licensed Electrician.
All warranty claims are at JinHang’s absolute discretion and will only be approved after the supply of relevant evidence such as photos and receipts etc.
- The maximum amount able to be claimed for Labour is up to $80 per faulty light
- Up to $400 for Equipment is able to be claimed when more than 20 lights were purchased and installed in the same site, receipts must be provided.
- Labor warranty for applicable products only.
Damaged Goods During Delivery
For all damaged goods during delivery claims, it MUST be lodged within 5 WORKING DAYS after the receiving the goods. Any damage or modification acted by customer will void the warranty.
