Shipping Details

Orders are usually dispatched on the same working day as the order is placed, and you’ll receive a shipping notice in your inbox when your order is sent out! From there, the following lead times for standard shipping are as follows:

For same day delivery orders, if you live in metro Melbourne or metro Brisbane and your order is paid in full by 11am (AEST) on business days, your order will be delivered on the same day by 4pm. Otherwise, orders will be delivered the next business day by 1pm.

A shipping cost of $13.75 (incl.GST) applies to orders placed online under $50 (ex.GST) and for orders placed otherwise (eg. on the phone) under $400 (ex.GST). After that, free standard shipping is available with the code FREEDEL50 used at checkout.

Same day delivery options are available for metro Melbourne and metro Brisbane, with delivery prices starting from $29.90. Please see our ‘Do you have same day delivery’ tab for more information.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping for all orders placed online over $50 (ex.GST), all other orders (for example if you order through the phone) receive free standard shipping over $400 (ex.GST).

Yes, we offer same day delivery!

For same day delivery orders, if you live in metro Melbourne or metro Brisbane and your order is paid in full by 11am (AEST) on business days, your order will be delivered on the same day by 4pm. Otherwise, orders will be delivered the next business day by 1pm.

Same day delivery costs:

- Orders under $400 (ex.GST) - $29.9

- Orders between $400 to $800 (ex.GST) - $34.9

- Orders between $800 to $150 (ex.GST) - $39.9

- Order over $1500 (ex.GST) - $48.9

It is highly recommended that you provide your mobile number when placing your order when choosing same day delivery, as you can receive full GPS tracking via SMS to your mobile, so you can track your order in live time!

Same day delivery is only available for addresses in metro Melbourne and metro Brisbane, and only applies to in stock, applicable products.

It’s hard to determine the ETA on backorders as each product is different.

However, our average ETA on backorders is 2 months, but if you’d like clarification on a specific product you can call us on 1300 000 808 and our friendly team will be happy to help or provide in stock alternatives!

Pick Up Details

Yes, we offer pick up for your orders!

Simply choose ‘click and collect’ when checking out, and select your preferred store.

You will receive an order confirmation with your order number, however, we do not send out an email when your order is ready to be collected, as we usually pack your order ASAP once you arrive at our warehouse!

We are currently working on developing a Click & Collect program. For now, for applicable orders, you can click & collect your order from our Moorabbin warehouse. Please call us on 1300 000 808 for more information.

Pick up orders will be ready to collect from your selected warehouse as soon as you receive your order confirmation email.

Simply visit your selected warehouse during their opening hours, tell our friendly staff your order number, and we’ll get your order packed and with you ASAP.

Note: We do not send out an email when your order is ready to be collected, we will only send you one order confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from JH Market letting you know your order is on the way. Scroll down on this email and you’ll find your tracking number. Simply click on the number and you’ll be taken to our ‘Track Shipment’ page on our website. Click ‘Get Package Status’ to track the location of your order. If clicking the tracking number is unsuccessful, please copy the number, head to our website and click on our ‘Track Shipment’ page. Paste your code and then click ‘Get Package Status’.

For tracking same day delivery orders we do not send out a shipment email like we do with standard delivery. Instead, we provide live GPS tracking via SMS for same day delivery. To do this, ensure you provide your mobile number when placing your order, and you’ll receive an SMS when your order has left our warehouse. This SMS will include a link for you to track your order in live time.

Usually, orders placed and paid in full before 10am (AEST) are dispatched on the same day. Otherwise, orders are dispatched the next business day.

You will get an email notification with a tracking number when your order is dispatched from our warehouse and on the way with couriers!

If you need your products ASAP, for example for an upcoming job, you can order online and choose same day delivery when checking out to ensure your products arrive fast!

Yes, you can change your delivery address after placing an order by sending us a request before your order is dispatched. To do this, email us at sales@jh.market, or call us on 1300 000 808. A re-allocation fee may be charged.

If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can cancel your order by emailing us at sales@jh.market or calling us on 1300 000 808. Please have your order number ready to tell us when you contact us.

Your order’s value will be refunded as store credit. If you’d like a refund to your card, you can call or email us at sales@jh.market to request a refund, however additional credit card surcharge and refund fees may apply.

If you simply gave us the wrong address, please call us ASAP on 1300 000 808 to organise.

If your order has already been dispatched or you have collected your order in store, you cannot cancel your order. However, as per our Warranty and Returns Policy, you can return your items due to a change of mind. For more information, visit our Warranty and Returns page here.

A restocking fee may apply to cancelling your order.

Yes, you can make changes to your order as long as the order hasn't been shipped out yet. To make any changes to an order that’s already been placed, you need to call us on 1300 000 808 and we’ll do our best to organise your desired changes.

Unfortunately we do not ship orders to PO boxes or lockers.

We require a signature on delivery for all orders unless you have given us ATL (authority to leave). To do this, at check out, in the payment method section, you can tell us in the ‘Leave a Comment’ section that you give us ATL. Alternatively, you can call us on 1300 000 808 to organise.

If your order contains any products on back order, the in stock products from your order will be shipped as usual (typically dispatched within 1 business day), and the back order product(s) will be shipped separately when the product arrives to us - at no extra shipping charge. Back order products are included in the quota to reach free shipping.

For shipment of back orders, you will receive a shipment update email for each dispatch, with a tracking number for each package.

For pick up of back orders, please visit your selected showroom once you’ve received your order confirmation email to receive your in stock items - you do not need to wait for an email about pick up being ready. You will need to come again to collect your back ordered products once they arrive at our warehouse. Alternatively, you can call us on 1300 000 808 or email us on sales@jh.market to organise delivery for your back ordered products.

Our average ETA on backorders is 2 months, however this can vary. If you’d like more insight on a specific product, please call our friendly team on 1300 000 808.

Our delivery schedule is based on our couriers, which only deliver during business hours. If you are unable to be home, you can give us authority to leave (ATL), which means we can leave your order outside your address without a signature.* The easiest way to give us ATL is by calling us on 1300 000 808 and our friendly team can assist you.

*JH Market does not take responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged items for deliveries with ATL. If you have any issues or questions, please call us on 1300 000 808.

We ship out orders from all of our warehouses depending on your location and stock availability. No matter which location we ship from, your delivery costs will be the same.

Yes! We offer Zip Pay and Zip Money for our customers as own it now, pay later options. When checking out, at the ‘Review & Payments’ section,select Zip as your payment method.

We use a variety of couriers to ensure your order gets to you safely and on time.

Most of our Victorian and Tasmanian orders are delivered with VicTas. For all other areas of Australia, we usually use Startrack. Toll or Bluestar are also used on occasion.

Yes, you can have multiple shipping and billing addresses on your account!

When checking out, simply click ‘+New Address’ to add another address.

Alternatively, you can go to your profile by clicking on your name and then ‘my account’ on the top right of our website, and under ‘Address Book’ click ‘Manage Addresses’. From there, you can scroll down and add as many new addresses as you’d like!

- JH Market accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen packages, even if you authorise the carrier to leave the parcel(s) at a safe place or a POD provided by the carrier.

- JH Market reserves the right to change delivery fees and methods at any time without prior notice.

- Pick up and delivery dates are not guaranteed, but JH Market will make all reasonable efforts to deliver orders to the customer’s nominated delivery address within the requested time, but JH Market is under no liability to the customer if delivery is not made within the requested time.

- The customer acknowledges and agrees that the delivery and/or pick up of orders may be partially or totally suspended or delayed during any period in which JH Market may be prevented or hindered from delivering or providing pick up for the order by any circumstances outside of JH Market’s reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, stock shortages, accidents, pandemics, natural disasters and other acts of God.

- JH Market may, it its discretion, subcontract the whole or any part of delivery services

- Each of JH Market’s employees and contractors used in providing our delivery service are entitled to the benefits of ebery release, exemption, limitation of liability, and conditions contained in these shipping & delivery terms and conditions to which JH Market is entitled.

- If any part of JH Market’s shipping and delivery terms and conditions are held to be void or unlawful, then these terms and conditions will be read and enforced as if the void or unlawful provision(s) have been deleted.
